Why we process your data, the lawful basis for processing your data and who we share it with

For people who view and interact with our online services, we process data:

  • to respond to your query when sent through our ‘contact us’ form
  • to sign up for our newsletter when you request subscription through our website and to send out marketing messages via email and SMS
  • to contact you via email and SMS to notify you on the status of your order

We share information such as your name and email address with our newsletter services provider who sends out our newsletters. This provider is not permitted to use this data other than on our behalf.

If we transfer data relating our services to a service provider located outside the EEA, then the safeguard we will have in place for this transfer is to enter into European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses with that provider.
